Its place in the framework

The four questions ask what Civilization Leap is, what historical conditions make it necessary, what direction and purposes it serves, and how it can take shape. The theoretical master, public edition and engineering-governance edition develop their respective responsibilities from this shared outline; they do not independently redefine it.

P01-ENTRY is an inherited registration family. The identifier does not make this outline subordinate to other entry texts or to the three companion works.

Four questions, four distinct responsibilities

What is it?

Definition: a change in the default starting logic of goal and purpose generation. Those with real stakes in a goal are already present as it takes shape.

What brings it about?

Historical causes: increased capability, recurring strategic conflict and irreversible consequences together alter civilization’s conditions of correction.

What is it for?

Direction and purpose: controlling conflicts after they arise is insufficient. Protect continued existence and move toward freedom from survival insecurity for humanity as a whole, happiness in individual lives and more meaningful lives.

How does it happen?

Process and principles: begin with the human heart, human nature and human relationships; gradually change social arrangements and feedback so a new default logic can form.

Shared direction

Civilization Leap changes the default starting point from which humans and AGI generate goals and purposes: from “self-interest first” to “self-interest with others first.” Self-interest remains. What changes is where it begins.

Continued existence is the floor. The three long-term goals are freedom from survival insecurity for humanity as a whole, happiness in individual lives and more meaningful lives. Direction guides methods; methods produce results; results recalibrate methods and our understanding of real causal relationships; that understanding enters the next round of action.

M1–M8 carries the subsequent causal development. Specialist research and individual projects operate within their own scope; they do not define Civilization Leap at its highest level.
