Resource-Pool Meta-Rules for the AGI Era
V1.0 | Retains an early exploration of resources, contribution and civilizational direction, and explains why it was later reconstructed.
Download English PDF · V1.0Contribution value makes visible real contributions and long-term value deserving recognition. Resource pools ask what civilization has, depends on, must maintain and must preserve for the future. Contribution value may inform resource judgments, but resource rights, needs, scarcity and lawful authorization must remain independently established.

I1 interface PDF · English PDFReal contributions in markets, professional work, fulfillment of office, public influence, care, maintenance and responsible exercises of power can inform resource judgments. Resource pools are not anti-market and do not automatically rank obscurity as higher contribution. Wealth, titles and control simply cannot replace judgments of real value, responsibility and consequences.
Resource pools are not machines for cashing in contribution value. Contribution value provides facts about value and civilizational feedback; resource pools provide facts about resources and capabilities. They connect, but contribution records do not automatically generate resource-use rights.
V1.0 continues to show the theory’s formation. V2.2-R2 is the current professional conceptual main track; V2.2-I1 is an interface supplement under the same permanent asset. They are not a simple replacement or ranking by version number. Visible resources are not automatically callable, and complete interfaces are not real authorization.
This public theoretical, institutional or conceptual design explains purposes, causality, conditions, responsibilities, interfaces and risk boundaries. Modules, roles, processes, APIs, schemas, parameters and scenarios are stage-specific concepts, early explorations or candidate implementations. They do not establish practical feasibility or constitute policy, authorization, procurement, investment or implementation commitments. Concrete engineering requires identified actors, necessary resources, applicable jurisdictions, affected people, responsibility chains and real conditions, considered in the wider context.
