Civilizational Decision Principles: A Constitution Separating Three Powers
V3.0-R1 | Develops the decision lifecycle, functional separation, sources of power, responsibility and conditions for practical derivatives.
Download English PDF · V3.0-R1Contribution value supplies fuller facts about value, responsibility and experience, so fairness, justice and incentives do not revolve only around wealth, office and power. Three-power governance prevents these facts from automatically becoming votes or sovereignty; they instead enter legitimate structures for deciding purposes, professional judgment, execution and correction.
V3.0-R1 | Develops the decision lifecycle, functional separation, sources of power, responsibility and conditions for practical derivatives.
Download English PDF · V3.0-R1Contribution value supplies bounded facts; resource pools supply resource facts; three-power governance forms legitimate decisions and carries responsibility.
Entrepreneurs, workers, managers, professionals, communicators, public officials and people exercising responsible power during launch and transition may all contribute. Governance must recognize this while preventing wealth, fame, office, power or contribution records from automatically monopolizing fairness, justice or decision authority.
Without facts about real contributions and responsibility, governance can remain monopolized by wealth, status and control. Contribution value alone cannot determine justice either. Basic rights, the degree of impact, real needs, professional responsibility, lawful authority and appeals must all enter decisions.
Seats, weights, procedures, terms and human/AGI handoff points may be derived only after specific actors, jurisdictions, real organizations, affected people, professional responsibility and resources are identified. What is public now is a principle of governance, not an operative charter.
This public theoretical, institutional or conceptual design explains purposes, causality, conditions, responsibilities, interfaces and risk boundaries. Modules, roles, processes, APIs, schemas, parameters and scenarios are stage-specific concepts, early explorations or candidate implementations. They do not establish practical feasibility or constitute policy, authorization, procurement, investment or implementation commitments. Concrete engineering requires identified actors, necessary resources, applicable jurisdictions, affected people, responsibility chains and real conditions, considered in the wider context.
