What this text is responsible for
Center voluntary, exit-capable mutual help and meaning transmission on campuses, studying contribution records, circulation of goods, cross-cultural collaboration and verifiable credentials. Separate these from important educational opportunities such as admission, scholarships and accommodation, general identity scoring and default AGI training.
Public boundaries
- Contribution records are not personality scores, social credit, disciplinary powers, a national identity layer, or universal eligibility for governance.
- Admissions, scholarships, housing, exchange opportunities, compulsory courses, and other significant educational opportunities must not be determined directly by contribution balances.
- Refusing participation, leaving the research, or refusing data sharing must not reduce students' baseline rights, educational opportunities, or school services.
- Singpass/Myinfo, verifiable credentials, federated analytics, and AI matching may be studied only under explicit purposes, minimum-necessary use, real authorization, and conditions permitting exit.
- Contribution data must not automatically enter AGI training; machine-learning use requires renewed review as a separate purpose.
