Current status
The permanent asset identity has been confirmed. However, verifiable original text and PDF bytes were not recovered in the Library and working container during the recovery round described by the Chinese source page. This page therefore publishes asset metadata only, is excluded from the count of currently public full-text assets, and does not fabricate a body text from its summary.

Next steps
Once the original file is found, its hash, version, completeness, and relationship to current theoretical boundaries will be checked before producing a formal PDF, HTML, and individualized further reading. Until the original body text is recovered, this page remains metadata only.
Failure to find a file does not mean the asset does not exist. But the existence of metadata does not mean a complete publishable text is available.
