Value retained

Preserves product exploration of low-burden personal contribution-event sensing, self-review, factual verification, and feedback on contributions, showing how Civilization Leap can enter personal life through everyday actions.

Rebaselining now required

This text predates the current rules on contribution value, Spark's subject boundaries, and privacy. AI identification can generate candidate events, not contribution facts directly. Records must not be restricted to “non-professional contributions”; meaning must not become a score, beneficiaries a proprietary data moat, or contributions a leaderboard. Contribution value distinguishes magnitude, not origin. Real contributions through markets, professions, positions, public responsibilities, care, maintenance, creation, and collaboration can all be recorded. Wealth, fame, position, and power are neither automatic proof of contribution nor grounds for exclusion. Contribution value is not a personality score, a meaning score, a threshold for basic rights, or purchasing power for dreams.

Relationship to Spark

Firefly could become a candidate sensing and recording interface for Spark's personal side, but must not establish a second subject or an independent personality system.

Continue from this work

This is a theoretical, product or lived-setting concept asset within Civilization Leap. Public explanation focuses on questions, causality, subjects, boundaries, interfaces and long-term direction. Unless separate real-project documents establish otherwise, it does not imply completed products, fulfilled commercial forecasts or implementation readiness for cities, platforms or long-term intelligent subjects. Specific engineering must be developed anew once actors, resources, jurisdictions, responsibility, affected people and technical conditions are clear.
