This is not a relationship between an “old” and a “new” version
This work belongs to Overall technical and governance explanation . AGI-COS has no single “latest version” covering every task. Different problems, stages, phases, and task-process states call for different professional tracks. A higher version number does not automatically invalidate capabilities that remain effective within another track.
Current applicability
Current public explanatory text. Helps readers understand that AGI-COS is neither a single software product nor a governance system in which AI replaces real-world actors.
Current boundaries
The explanatory layer cannot add system powers; engineering implementation must not redefine civilizational goals, responsibility, authorization, or exit boundaries.
Continue from this work
- AGI-COS version map — Understand the controlled version family further.
- One-page entry by stage — Select a version track according to the real-world problem.
- Human-COS public explanation — Understand interface boundaries between judgments of direction and operational safety.
Versions may be combined, but permissions must not accumulate. Republication does not restore the current force of historical parameters, governance assumptions, or automatic triggers in the original texts. Conflicting mechanisms are isolated for reconstruction following the continuity audit.
