This is not a relationship between an “old” and a “new” version

This work belongs to Civilizational immunity and coordination . AGI-COS has no single “latest version” covering every task. Different problems, stages, phases, and task-process states call for different professional tracks. A higher version number does not automatically invalidate capabilities that remain effective within another track.

Current applicability

One of the current professional baselines. Emphasizes continuing risk perception, degradation to safer operation, recovery learning, and distributed experiments.

Current boundaries

MEU may be used only to validate mechanism prototypes, interfaces, and local causal relationships, not as a substitute for validating Civilization Leap as a whole. Low visibility means low disturbance and low intrusion, not covert governance.

Continue from this work

  • AGI-COS 1.0 — Crisis phases still require the crisis operations track.
  • AGI-COS 1.1 — Retain perception audits in every use with major consequences.
  • One-page entry by stage — Enter the explanations of the 2.1 coordination and 2.2 technical subtracks.

Versions may be combined, but permissions must not accumulate. Republication does not restore the current force of historical parameters, governance assumptions, or automatic triggers in the original texts. Conflicting mechanisms are isolated for reconstruction following the continuity audit.
