This is not a relationship between an “old” and a “new” version
This work belongs to Interstellar and multiplanetary settings . AGI-COS has no single “latest version” covering every task. Different problems, stages, phases, and task-process states call for different professional tracks. A higher version number does not automatically invalidate capabilities that remain effective within another track.
Current applicability
Formal long-range research track. Retains questions of distributed organization rather than an imperial center, protocol compatibility, historical memory, light-speed constraints, and audits of AI capability drift.
Current boundaries
Its real-world preconditions do not yet exist. It must not generate present-day governing powers or institutional parameters on Earth. Version 4.1 serves only as a controlled research supplement.
