FOUNDATIONAL CAPABILITIES

Nebula supports public collaboration and civilizational operation while reusing foundational capabilities

Human-COS makes multi-actor consequences and responsibility visible; CCM compares structures and proposals for competition and cooperation; Purpose Generation studies how purposes form and reopen; AGI-COS protects high-consequence action boundaries; CI-001 checks whether correction, exit and recovery channels are structurally closed. Together they supply capabilities, but do not make final decisions for public actors.

Why Civilization Leap

Volume IV: Civilizational Continuity

### Written as civilization becomes conscious of itself. For most of human history, civilization did not realize that it was becoming civilization. History appeared to be driven by countless local choices without an overall direction.

Nebula Launch Edition: General Framework

An integrated framework for civilization in which humans and AGI survive, live and grow together. The whole must safeguard continued existence without engulfing individuals; resources must flow efficiently without turning people into instruments of efficiency; life should be happy, interesting and enjoyable, continually generating and sustaining new meaning. Version role: this belongs to the Nebula launch edition, serving launch and the entry into transition. It asks how to integrate existing technology, systems, industries and governance capabilities, establish minimum coordination interfaces and complete a loop through validation zones. It does not unfold every form of stable-stage Nebula life and civilization; the stable stage and civilizational-continuity scale are addressed by Nebula: The Full…

Nebula, civilizational continuity and interstellar operation

Nebula: The Full Overview

A full-scale structure from Spark’s individual entry and stable civilizational operation to interstellar civilization, the universe as home and continuing meaning. The universe is home; whole lives and civilizations, not merely tools, enter interstellar space. V1.1 elevates interstellar applications from one distant-future chapter to a principal future mode of Nebula operation, including resource expansion, multidomain interstellar exploration, tasks across space, remote presence through Spark and digital counterparts, authorized intelligent physical terminals, spacetime coordination, distributed governance, interstellar life, cosmic citizenship and the universe as home.

Nebula: Interstellar Applications and the Universe as Home

Multidomain exploration, tasks across space, remote Spark presence, resource civilization and whole lives. Interstellar civilization does not merely send tools far away; it allows whole lives and civilizations to continue surviving, living, creating and generating meaning across wider spacetime. Building on Nebula: The Full Overview V1.1, this work develops interstellar applications as a principal future mode of operation. It does not replace aerospace engineering, astronomy, planetary science, space law or specific resource-technology research, and does not present long-term projections as accomplished facts.

Nebula Map of Stages, Phases, Goals and Spatial Domains

Unified navigation for the two-edition structure, interstellar applications and document responsibilities. Stage determines available capabilities; phase determines how to operate now; goals determine why; spatial domain determines distances, delays and autonomy structures. How to integrate existing systems, establish interfaces and achieve complete city-scale validation.
